[g13] NSTAR abstract

Some suggestions for changes:

1) "QCD-based and inspired models" -> "Constituent quark models and Lattice QCD" (although what you have is probably OK).

2) "There are host" -> "There are a host" (also, this sentence needs to be tied into the rest of it better: why do we care about polarization observables? because they provide extra constraints/handles on extracting the N* resonances)

3) "give measure of" -> "give a measure of"

4) "Among these observables ... ": I don't think this sentence is necessary.

5) "In this paper" -> "In this talk"

6) "excess of cross section' -> "increase in the cross section." I guess we'll learn more about what you mean with this sentence when you show your results next week.

7) "We regard this work ...": I don't think this sentence is necessary.

8) 2007 -> 2006 (The vast majority of g13a was in 2006; g13b was in 2007).
