[g13] Simulation problems

Someone seems to have corrupted the libraries in g13 for doing simulation.
 My normal scripts will not work these past couple weeks.  I get the
errors:

/home/clasg13/bin/LinuxRHFC8/gsim_bat: error while loading shared
libraries: libmysqlclient.so.15: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory
/home/clasg13/bin/LinuxRHFC8/gpp: error while loading shared libraries:
libtcl8.4.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

I have tried to figure out what has changed, but it is not obvious what
happened to the g13 library paths. I don't have a lot of free time and it
is a waste to spend it fixing code that was working well before. It would
be best if people made their own name.cshrc and source it instead off
changing the original g13 .cshrc file.
