[g13] Simulation problems

What environment are you sourcing?  For that build, before running are you sourcing:

source /home/clasg13/env_make

Also, the big change of course was the switch to centos62, although this happened a while ago.  It would not surprise me at all if these old binaries (built several machines and OS's ago (they're up to Fedora 20 now)) don't work anymore.  You should have converted to the new software:

source /home/clasg13/env_svn_centos62_64bit

which is working just fine.
