[G14_run] Quick study of initial results from g14b

Hi,
With Franz, I have made a small study to compare a g14a run with two g14b
runs since there was a problem with timing. I noticed the problem with the
timing when trying to cook some runs (from first week of data taking) and
not enough events were getting thru. With the study, it appears that most
of the problems have been solved. We updated the tagger and TOF
calibration constants (only doing a 'quick and dirty' calibration) and
then Sergey linked the updated g14 calibration index to the trigger for
better results. We will also do a quick update to the start counter
calibrations as well which you will be able to see if the following
webpage, still needs a little help. Also, please take notice of the vertex
distribution at the end, interesting and different plot than we have seen
from the fast reconstruction done in the counting house. Please note that
these are very preliminary and initial results and I have only used a few
random sectors or regions for certain histograms. Over 200 histograms are
produced and don't think everyone wants to see every single one. So, with
Franz, we believe an improvement has been made with the timing and things
are looking good and hope everyone can see it.
