[G14_run] Quick study of initial results from g14b

Hi Natalie,

Very interesting initial look. Obviously the timing needs a little work. One
of the most interesting first things to look at is the vertex Z
reconstruction. This first pass required the EC which limited the view to
forward angles. We would like to viewed the target region near 90 degrees to
maximize the resolution. A comparison of the test target and the present
("silver") target would be important to look at. For that you will need to
look at the mid angle TOF without the EC. Can you try another pass through
the data with those conditions?
