[G14_run] pass0/v3 cooking

Hi,
over the weekend I cooked 3 files from all runs (until last Thursday). 
The monitorwrappers are updated as well.
I just started to cook all circular beam data taken with target 19b 
(April) ... will take a few days; they will show up in pass0/v3 (I will 
copy the DST files to /work/clas/clasg14/pass0/v3/ROOT when it is finished).
And I will have to remove some data from /work/clas/clasg14 over the 
next days. Please tell me if you still need some data from there (the 
'silver-period 1' DST files in /work/clas/clasg14/pass0/v2/ROOT will 
stay there until I have recooked these runs).

The students who are calibrating detectors shall look into the 
monitoring plots and identify the run ranges for which the calibration 
is to be improved. Please note that I adjusted the tag2tof constants for 
the new circular beam data to get rid of the constant 0.35nsec offset in 
TOF.
