[G14_run] g14 momentum correction package available now

Dear all,

The momentum correction package is ready to use. Please copy all the files
from my home directory shown below. Also, please read the README.dat file
in the directory for details of how to use the package. I have checked the
files, but you should double check to verify that the results from
momentum correction are reasonable.
