[G14_run] proposed banks in cooking output files

Hi,

as we are preparing for pass1 cooking, I'd like to make a proposal for the output saved on tape (and in part on /volatile/clas/clasg14/pass1/v1).
If you want any additional banks or skims or other data saved, please speak up before we start!

notation: 0nnnnn =run number, 
    Amm =BOS continuation file (i.e. 2GB file within a run),
