[G14_run] Draft 2 of g14 K0Y paper

Hello g14-ers,

For the meeting tomorrow (Friday), I have uploaded to the meeting Wiki the second draft of the paper on the E asymmetry for the K0Y0 channels.   The second draft is dated 1-25-2018.   

Thank you for the feedback on the first talk-through last week.  I have also communicated with Dao about some of the points that we were not quite sure about last time, and he has cleared things up.   This second version is very much better than the first, and I propose to talk through it with you during the meeting on Friday.  I welcome your next round of questions and comments.
