[G14_run] Draft 3 of K0Y0 paper

Hello All,

Thanks for the good discussion this morning about the K0Y0 paper in its Draft 2 state.   I spent the rest of the day updating the paper with all the comments and suggestions that were made.   I also updated all the figures in the Results section.   

The draft is now ready for a serious careful reading by you.  Draft 3 is dated January 26, 2018,  and I put it in the same place on the g14 Wiki as the draft we discussed this morning.   Please go there to get Draft 3.   This draft is ready for detailed editing by all of us.  I propose that we discuss your comments at the meeting on February 9.   If possible, send me your edits before then.
