Dear Haiyun,
I read through your nice draft for the N* proceedings article. Actually, I read through the version that Andy marked up. I think you should adopt his recommendations. Here are just a few additional comments:
page 2 bottom: where you list the 4 beam and target conditions it might good to make an itemized list with separate lines. I found it a bit confusing to read them all “in line”.
Fig 1 caption: replace “VS” with either “vs.’ or “versus”
Fig 2 and Fig 3: I think you have these in reverse order compared to the order in which they are cited in the text. In fact, Figure 3 ought to come first.
SAID curves: You make use of results from SAID for your comparisons, but I did not see any specific reference to which version of SAID you are using. People like Igor S. are sensitive to that. Can you add a reference to the specific source of the curves you are showing?
Results graphs: I am a fan of having a thin horizontal line that marks zero asymmetry on all the graphs. For the G graphs in particular, I would recommend that, since it would let the reader see directly the answer to natural questions like “Is G compatible with zero over the entire kinematic range?”
Cheers,
Reinhard
