[G14_run] [EXTERNAL] Re: Files at /cache

Hi Tsuneo,
I am not sure whether I produced these file myself upon skimming silver6 
data, or they were made by Franz. In any case, as you say that they can be 
recovered easily in case of need, as far as I am concerned they can be 
happily deleted.
