(1) Do you have these files in your disk spaces at your university and don't have to copy them from JLab ?

(2) Here is an example of file which is both at /cache and tape and we can get such a file from the tape.

(3) I don't think you can copy such file directory from the tape to Italy.      Then somebody who has an ID of clasg14 like Franz copied the files from
the tape to /cache in 2020.    

(4) Files at /cache have not been accessed for 2 years will be deleted according to IT.
