[G14_run] [EXTERNAL] Last version of the Analysis note on Sigma and G measrement from pi- p photoproduction from neutron target

Dear All,

please find in attachment the pdf file with the last version of the 
Analysis Note by Haiyun on gamma+n (p) -> pi- p (p) Sigma and G 
asymmetry measurements on quasi-free neutron target.

We will meet in two weeks for the final checks.

Haiyun is checking again the sign of the target polarization to assess 
the G sign.
