[G14_run] [EXTERNAL] Last version of the Analysis note on Sigma and G measrement from pi- p photoproduction from neutron target

In two weeks, I will be in Japan.  There is a 13 hr time shift between
Osaka and Newport News time.  My hope is that
I will be on-line but there is no 100% guarantee
