Hi,

Today I found some problem of ifarm1401 and ifarm1101.

problem 1:

When I execute root in these 2 machines, I got this message:

/ifarm1401> echo $ROOTSYS
/work/halla/g2p/disk1/centos65/root-5.34.21-x86_64

ifarm1401> $ROOTSYS/bin/root
Couldn't find font "-adobe-helvetica-medium-r-*-*-10-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1",
trying "fixed". Please fix your system so helvetica can be found,
this font typically is in the rpm (or pkg equivalent) package
XFree86-[75,100]dpi-fonts or fonts-xorg-[75,100]dpi.

And root hang there.
Yesterday it still runs. Is there anything missing in the system?
or disk failure?

problem 2:
It takes forever to compile my code, which simply use only root
installed in above location.

Here is the error message:
=========================================
jixie at ifarm1401> pwd
/u/home/jixie/work/test
jixie at ifarm1401> make
Making dependency for file src/GlobalDebuger.cc ......
Making dependency for file src/BonusOsiCut.cc ......
Making dependency for file src/BonusMain.cc ......

==========================================
File src/BonusMain.cc depends on root header. The other 2 files do not.

Now I switch to use root in "/u/apps/root/PRO/root/",
it does compiled!
It looks like root installed in
/work/halla/g2p/disk1/centos65/root-5.34.21-x86_64
has a problem. But this root working well yesterday.

Some hard drive of /work fail again?

problem 3:
Can not remove one dir:

jixie at ifarm1401> rm -fr /u/home/jixie/work/Osi_StandAlone/obj.Linux.x86_64
rm: cannot remove
`/u/home/jixie/work/Osi_StandAlone/obj.Linux.x86_64/.nfs0000000069ef139c000056d9':
Device or resource busy
rm: cannot remove
`/u/home/jixie/work/Osi_StandAlone/obj.Linux.x86_64/.nfs0000000069ed13d1000056da':
Device or resource busy
