[g2p_ana] Chiral Perturbation Theory Calculations

Dear All,

Attached are the recent Chiral Perturbation Theory calculations from Meissner and Pascalutsa for 
various moments of the spin structure functions (proton and neutron).

The Meissner calculations came from Sebastian Khun, who obtained them directly from Meissner.
I obtained the Pascalutsa calculations directly from them. In fact, these are updated 
calculations compared to those in their 2014 paper.

Here are the comments from Vladimir:

The thing is that we somewhat improved the calculation, especially in
the first two quantities. We're preparing a paper on that.

gamma0 and  delta_LT do not change much, we are still in
disagreement with Bonn-Bochum group on deltaLT.

And these are the comments regarding the files from their calculations:

I’m sending you our results on I_A, Gamma_1, gamma_0, and delta_LT for the proton and 
neutron, respectively. You can interpolate the attached tables to plot our prediction 
in the Q^2 region up to 0.3 GeV^2.

Explaining the tables:
The first column is Q^2 in GeV^2, the second column is the polarizability, the third/forth 
column is the upper/lower boundary of our error band.
For the polarizabilities, we use the following units: gamma_0 and delta_LT are in 10^{-4} fm^4, 
Gamma_1 and I_A are dimensionless.
