[G8b_run] g8b recooking status

Hi,

the recooking of major parts of g8b has finished earlier this week.
Most amorphous and 1.3, 1.5, 1.7 GeV data were recooked.

I started to put a report on the wiki
https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g8/wiki/index.php/Recooking_%28Sept.2013%29
(= link under Run List on the main page).

I put all BOS files on the silo, and ROOT/DST and SKIMS/DSTgpid files
are on volatile and silo.
All other 'skims' are on volatile: SKIMS/DST_Kp)nnn.root,
SKIMS/cooked_nnnn.root (cobra compressed files), PAW/NTgpid_nnn.hbook
(for ASU).
There were some minor tasks to do with some of these files (not
completely finished by now): some DSTs didn't get on the silo (tape silo
problems last week), remake a few DSTs and PAW ntuples because they
crashed for unknown reasons (in some cases the log-file shows that they
were made on the farm but not copied to volatile).

The next steps:
(a) fix tagger timing for bunches of 1.9 and 2.1 GeV runs and cook these
(b) all runs that were not recooked have some problems with tagger
timing (RFtime - TAGtime for some T-counters is not stable over the run:
Craig's event-based correction of TDC times worked most of the time, for
some runs it has to be redone with a different fitting method)

Sorry for the delay! I know you all hoped to have it done over the summer!

Franz
