[Gdh_lowq2] Date for EG4 collaboration meeting

Dear EG4 collaborator,

         We are now at an exciting time for the EG4 analysis since we are 
transitioning into active physics analysis from the long and tedious 
calibration/momentum correction phase. Consequently, we are looking into 
organizing our first EG4 collaboration meeting during which the status of 
the analysis will be reviewed and future plans discussed. The meeting will 
be held at JLab and will last most of the day. We hope a large part of the 
active EG4 participants will attend in person.

        A tentative date for the meeting is Nov. 17 2009. Please let me know
if you have conflict with this date.
