[Gdh_lowq2] Date for EG4 collaboration meeting

As mentioned earlier during the past EG4 meetings, I will be in Genova,
Italy from Sept 14 to Dec 1. Therefore, I will not be able to attend the
meeting in person if the meeting is held in Jlab during that time.
