[Gdh_lowq2] update to the draft paper on eg4 pion exclusive channel asymmetries

I have updated the draft paper on the pion exclusive channel result, please see:

for v0.3 of the paper and a draft (short) reply to the ad-hoc committee.

Dear all:

We received comments on the first round of ad-hoc review of the exclusive paper. I have copied the comments files to the link below:

At a quick glance there does not seem to be substantial suggestions. Most comments are on the writing of the paper and the way the figures/results are presented. (Actually, the comments came in December but I haven't had a chance to check them until now, sorry for the delay!)

I will work on these comments in the next 1-2 months. Meanwhile, if there is anything collaboration-wise that I should take care of (how does author opt-in work? if I take care of all these comments and upload another version will it mean the ad-hoc committee will likely approve it and thus leads to submitting the paper to PRC?), please remind me.
