[Gdh_lowq2] exclusive paper v0.3 sent for ad-hoc review

Dear All:

I edited further the exclusive paper and have sent it to the ad-hoc committee Jerry for another round of review. I also emailed Jerry and asked him to officially start the review process. Given the CLAS meeting I am not sure how soon he will take care of thi, but in any case the committee already have the draft so can start reading it.
