Dear All,

I would like to second what Andreas said "Thank you very much, Ian, Martha, David and Christian!"

This document covers all important issues that are needed to ensure a successful merge of two groups with well defined physics objectives and mechanism to achieve them.

Since SC has only 8 people, the 75% is effectively saying that at least 6 people are needed for any major changes of these guiding principles.  I think, this is a reasonable choice in view of the fact that each group has 4 people on SC.

Thank you very much, Ian, Martha, David and Christian!  In my opinion, this looks very good and covers the essential points in a concise manner.

A minor point that I have is about item 10, the "75% majority vote."  I understand the rationale behind this but, at the present stage, such a rule may be perceived as quite bold by the other group.  Maybe there is a "safe" way to water this down a bit.?  But take a final decision on this as you see fit.

Most likely I won't join tomorrow, but I have full confidence that the document will be finalized in the best way possible.
