Hi David,

Thank you for putting this together. Is it worth mentioning that suppressing the higher twist effects is limited by the lattice spacing, so that addressing higher twist effects is essentially a matter of using finer lattice spacings (I don't know what the current gauge generation plans include)? Or should we just leave that implicit?

Some minor typos:
page 1: "the data is" -> "the data are"
 in the last paragraph: "If the requested time is reduce" -> "If the requested time is reduced"
