[Hadstruct] Responses to SPC

Dear All,

Thank you for comments from Joe and Chris.  Made the following changes

- fixed some typos
- Noted that fine lattice -> better control over z-dependence
- Added that pseudo-PDF comments apply equally to good lattice cross sections.
- Added comment about gluon operator being multiplcatively renormalized.

I’m going to send it now to get it out of the way.
