[Hadstruct] allocations

Hi everybody,

 I am writing the NERSC proposal (due Monday). I am pretending that we will run next year (this year we have used a grant total of 84 node-hours! … OK Eloy used all the free time they gave us in the beginning of the year… but this is not counted as last years usage). I am submitting the exact same project… we can claim increasing statistics.

Eloy: I am using last year’s timings. Do you have any updates?

Can somebody send me the ALCC, USQCD and Frontera allocations?
