[Hadstruct] allocations

HI Kostas,

On Frontera, we are allocated 720,000 SUs (System Units, which I think are the same as Node-Hours), expiring March 30 next year.

We have used about 168,000 SUs or 21%.  In addition we have 61,500 SUs on Ranch, of which none are used.
