[Halla12_software] SoLID Extensions for GEMC

I've set up some basic framework for adding our own extensions to GEMC.  
In particular, I've explicitly added in our own physics list.  Skimming 
through the GEMC code adding our own materials and hit processing 
shouldn't be difficult or dissimilar (we can just extend what's defined 
in solgem.cc).
