[Halla12_software] Addition of geantino / charged geantino option for simulation

Hi,
I have added to option in my root->Lund translator to have a geantino or 
a charged geantino in the output, as requested in the other meeting.
I would like to mention that  the charged geantino (for what I was able 
to find in the GEANT4 code) has charge = +1 (eplus)
