[Halla12_software] Solid Shashlyk calorimeter status update

Hi, folks.

Here are some status updates of the Solid Shashlyk calorimeter R&D.

I have sent the detailed request to IHEP for their suggestion on a 
couple of design issues and further price quote. There's no reply yet 
which might be due to vacation time. I am asking somebody else at CERN 
to follow up.

Another supplier "Uniplast" from Russia is also identified. They have 
made ECAL for many projects like PHENIX, HERA-b, ALICE and LHCb. I am 
contacting them to see what they can do.

Mehdi from Haiyan's group starts working on segmentation and fibers.
Jin focuses on simulation.
I am working on radiation hardness and general issues.

Hope we will make some progress.
