[Halla12_software] solid download directory reorganized

Hi,folks

Because jlab personal homepage is unavailable, I reorganized the 
download directory with different subsystems and topics.
http://hallaweb.jlab.org/12GeV/SoLID/download/
You may use it for file sharing and then linking to wiki as a 
quasi-permanent location.

To upload, go to /u/group/halla/www/hallaweb/html/12GeV/SoLID/download

I have changed old links on solid wiki, hope I caught all.
