[Halla12_software] New CDF Field Map (CDFv3)

Hello,

As was pointed out, the yoke that I proposed for the CDF coil had too large of a radius.  I have updated my poisson simulation with a yoke that will now fit in the hall, and updated the Wiki page; except for putting the map and am file in to cvs--Zhiwen, could you do that for me.
