[Halla12_software] New CDF Field Map (CDFv3)

All three downstream parts and triangle top changed.
The inner radius changes from 280cm to 255cm, outer from 320cm to 295cm. 
downstream magnet yoke slope also changed. see that by compare pictures 
ot am files

scripts in svn and main database is updated.

I put the v3 am file and update excel file in SVN
Please download the new map file for gemc from
http://hallaweb.jlab.org/12GeV/SoLID/download/solenoid_CDF.dat
I will ask Mauri to the map on ifarm
