[Halla12_software] BaBar baffle and some other geometry updated

Hi, folks

The BaBar baffle now should be consistent with Eugene's initial design 
after Seamus fixing a few bugs.
Some other geometry files for BaBar configuration are updated to remove 
some overlapping bugs.
Both solid_geometry database and svn are updated accordingly.

Please do check overlaps whenever new things are added, refer to
https://hallaweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Solid_geo#geometry
