[Halla12_software] soldi gemc production version r6145

Hi, folks

As GEMC had a lot changed lately, especially materials definition is 
finally in database.
Before making sure it implements correctly for solid, we need to have a 
version working before that.
So I bump the the production version to r6145 which is just before the 
change.
