Hello all,

GEMC is updated to in the repository (revision 6484) and at JLAB. Here's 
the list of the main changes:

* EVIO V4 support
* Materials factories:
   GEMC supports two ways if declaring materials: the CPP factory 
(identical to what we had before) and the MYSQL factory.
   The MYSQL factory now includes optical properties.
* Parameters Factories:
   This factory stores the geometry parameters and make them available 
to the reconstruction routines.
   This factory currently supports MYSQL, and it will be extended to 
support CCDB and CLARA geometry services (as plugins).
* A Sensitive Detector,   "Mirrors" has been added. "Mirrors" has the 
FLUX associated hit process routine.
   This will allow mirrors to use identifiers w/o recording the 
unnecessary hits on them.
   By default it will not record the particles hitting unless 
-RECORD_MIRRORS=1 is set.


Furthermore these libraries have been updated at JLAB:

* EVIO > EVIO4
* Geant4 > 9.5.p01
* QT:  4.8.1
