[Halla12_software] detector definition: DD4hep

Hi,
I have already checked this  around 3 years ago.
I am not sure if the situation changed since then, but FLUKA does not work directly with this. Fluka developers do not trust totally what is coming out of it and suggest to use the normal version. 
The compilation is not straightforward neither (normal version of FLUKA does not work), and the only version working was a really old one (and one needs some patch directly from the developers to have it work).
It was officially discontinued:
