[halla_compton] Hall A Compton logbooks moved

Hi everyone -

As we discussed at the last Hall A Compton meeting, the Hall A Compton 
elogs have been relocated to the Hall C elog server.  You can find them 
here:

https://hallcweb.jlab.org/elogs/polarimetry/

All the elogs for Hall A and Hall C polarimetry can be found at this 
location.  Note that some of the logbook names have changed, but they 
are clearly labelled. Also, you will now log in with your CUE username 
and password.  If you didn't already have access to the old elogs, you 
will have to request access via the link on the login page.

I think the old elogs might still be active, but please use the new 
logbooks for any future entries.
