1)	Run Report: Dustin Keller
a)	See link for full report
b)	GEp should be finished by 07:00 tomorrow (5/2)

2)	Robin Wines
a)	12 GeV Upgrade:
i)	Compton
(1)	Design work is done
(2)	There?s hardware to order
ii)	Møller
(1)	Detector box drawings being checked
(2)	Shielding pipe was sent to the machine shop
(3)	Still to do: Doors, detail pieces and beam pipe
b)	APEX/PREX defining apertures
c)	TOSCA modeling of SOLID
d)	Start work on A1n in the next week or 2
3)	Sirish Nanda
a)	Compton upgrade
i)	Carnegie Mellon is working on the synchrotron radiation 
suppression
ii)	Iterating, on the 2nd pass
iii)	Same objective but looking to make it cheaper
iv)	Not part of the 12 GeV scope
4)	Alexandre Camsonne
a)	Problem with BPM receivers repaired, back working last 
Friday
b)	Data Acquisition work
5)	Doug Higinbotham
a)	GEp:
i)	Re log entries suggesting that we couldn?t see the 
Hydrogen elastic peak
(1)	It?s there
(2)	N2 dominates over H2
ii)	Had half of full statistics this morning
iii)	Going well
6)	Kalyan Allada
a)	SOLID proposal is almost ready
i)	Latest field calculations show that field uniformity is 
not a problem
7)	Jixie Zhang
a)	Optimizing g2p GEp optics
b)	Re Møller, Sasha and Roman left today. Jixie is in charge of 
Møller now.
8)	Jian-Ping Chen
a)	g2p:
i)	have data for 1.1, 1.7, and 2.2 GeV at 2.5 tesla (all with 
reasonable statistics)
ii)	want to do 2.2 GeV with 5 tesla
iii)	likely won?t complete 3.3 GeV
b)	Proton SOLID Proposal:
i)	Target transverse magnet design study paid for by the UVa 
group is underway. Won?t be done in time for proposal 
submission, but should be done in time for the PAC.
9)	Ole Hansen
a)	Software work
i)	SOLID tracking demonstration
ii)	Preparation for the Software review
10)	John LeRose
a)	APEX/PREX/CREX optics work
b)	12 GeV upgrade oversight
c)	Trying to put together contract for UVa GEM work
d)	Hypernuclear letter of intent is in the works.
