Minutes of Hall A Group Meeting April 23, 2013
1)	Doug Higinbotham
a)	From the senior staff meeting last week
i)	The President?s budget has 4.1% growth on FY12 for Nuclear 
Physics. Good news!
ii)	The lab has been provided with funds until April 26 
with no cut.
iii)	No news yet for the rest of the fiscal year
2)	Robin Wines
a)	12 GeV:
i)	Working on beam line and raster drawings
ii)	Work continues on HRS detectors; expect to finish in 
the next 3 weeks.
b)	SBS:
i)	Yoke cutout has been detailed
ii)	Still need to work on the modifications to the counter 
weight steel
iii)	Working on floor plates
iv)	Trying to get an update from Brookhaven on the magnet 
transfer. Have nothing yet. Will keep trying.
c)	Working on Polarized 3He target
3)	Ed Folts
a)	Working on vacuum lines
b)	Snout sieves and windows are in. Still need a single hole 
collimator,
c)	Re-cabling at the pivot
d)	Generally working on OSP?s, fire loading, and Quadrupole 
rails
4)	Bert Manzlak
a)	There will be an electrical safety review over the next 
several weeks
5)	Sasha Glamazdin gives a status report on the Møller Polarimeter
