Minutes of Hall A Group Meeting June 25, 2013
1)	Thia Keppel
a)	 PAC40:
i)	CREX was approved
ii)	See http://www.jlab.org/Hall-C/upgrade/PAC40_Results_VGr.pdf
b)	Meeting last Friday (6/21) re AC in the tunnel
i)	Went OK
ii)	Hall A side presented
iii)	12 GeV project working on information gathering
iv)	Will meet again in a couple of weeks
c)	MOLLER meeting last week
i)	DOE review planned for late fall
ii)	Revisiting costs and impacts in the Hall
d)	DOE response re CLEO magnet transfer to JLab (for SOLID) was non-committal but 
should allow the transfer to proceed.
e)	S&T review will be here on July 9
i)	Will report on SBS, MOLLER, and SOLID
f)	Get major req?s in by early August
g)	Working on space in the Testlab. If you anticipate needing space there make sure your 
detailed needs are communicated to Walt, through Thia.
h)	Robin asks about our policy for replacing old computers. Thia will formulate a policy
2)	Robin Wines
a)	Will start keeping our own beam line model in our system now. Setting things up now.
b)	Need to return the raster beam pipes (problem with specs)
c)	SBS:
i)	Should be ready to ship, waiting to hear. (After meeting news:  they?re ready to ship!)
ii)	Working on:
(1)	Counter weight support
(2)	Yoke machining
(3)	Yoke support
(4)	Coil details
(5)	Floor plan, loading in the Hall
d)	HRS detectors are finished
e)	Working on:
i)	GRINCH
ii)	APEX
iii)	A1n
3)	Bert Manzlak
a)	Pressure and vacuum vessel training is available tomorrow (6/26) and July 17
b)	Dosimetry for tours will be handled electronically starting Monday July 1
