i.15 proposals to PAC 42

ii.Technical Advisory Committee June 18^th

iii.Drafts by June 23^rd to Rolf on proposals – questions/thoughts sent 
by June 17^th on proposals

iv.More emphasis on work planning and safety

2.Thia Keppel:

a.2:00 today (6-10-14) Arne/Accelerator invited everyone to a 
celebration @ Residence Facility for successful beam run

3.Javier Gomez

a.Need info on all undergraduate students

i.Name of student & institution

ii.JLab staff mentor &/or person providing daily supervision

iii.Activity (activities being performed by the student (please provide 
a brief but detailed description of what the activity entails)

iv.Location(s) of the activity. Does the activity require work outside 
standard business hours (i.e. Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)

v.List any special, training that you may have requested for the student

b.All information needs to be reported to Patrizia Rossi, Javier Gomez, 
& Bert Manzlak

4.Douglas Higinbotham

a.Submitted list of post docs to Rolf

b.Accelerator has improved the parameters & problems with the dump & 
have come up with a solution

5.Stephanie Tysor

a.Ready Talk is being replaced by BlueJeans

i.Each person will need to go to www.jlab.bluejeans.com 
<http://www.jlab.bluejeans.com>to set up your own accounts. You will 
need to change the phone number to your 10-digit JLab phone number and 
change your 4-digit pin to a number you can remember. More details will 
come out from Telecom shortly

6.Robin Wines

a.SBS

i.continue working on costs for exit beamline, design of vacuum chamber 
snout, completed window analysis, vendor has 4 coils wound and 1 potted,
Danfysik requested later inspection date of July 7th-making delivery of 
power supply late July, continue determining assembly needs for summer tests

b.SoLID

i.reviewed CLEO magnet information for meeting June 17th, worked on 
revised cost estimate

c.Moller polarimeter

i.reviewing needs for SC magnet cooling

d.Compton

i.ordered parts for beamline and detector can modifications

7.Jack Segal

a.Diagnosing the HRS – right quad

b.Joe

i.Keeping things moving for the SHMS and SBS electrical power

ii.Has not noted any problems.

c.Chuck

i.Working on getting the Fastbus and HV crates operational

ii.Helping with the Compton with help from Sue Witherspoon

iii.Looks like the Hall A Compton is ready for a first pass at getting 
approval to operate
