1)Thia Keppel

a.No Senior Staff meeting today

b.Tour in Hall A today for the nominated Under Secretary

c.Technical Review process going on for proposals from PAC 42

d.Drafts from long meeting on proposals due after meeting next week

e.Funding requests for next year needed ASAP (please send to Stephanie)

f.A & C budgets are still separate

g.Research/travel budget is flat

2)Ed Folts

a.Saddle coil for SBS move tomorrow (6-18-14) to Test Lab

b.Working on DVCS cables & crane

c.Working on jacking systems for SBS assembly & support

d.Installation of DVCS cables, safety, SBS water manifold, welding 
certs, SBS test lab support

3)Robin Wines

a.SBS

i.Revised design of vacuum snout chamber with new information from ECal 
simulation. Requires a smaller vertical window, making much less 
complicated. Completed drawings for modifying counterweight blocks. More 
costing on exit beam pipe.

ii.Coil vendor is ready for inspection. Will travel to inspect coils 
6/24-6/26, 2014

b.Compton

i.Completed drawings of backup pole shims for review

c.SoLID

i.Whit Seay & Ruben Fair at Cornell

ii.Report to follow.

d.Moller Polarimeter

i.Working on design and cost for cryogen system (Reliquifier)

4)Tim Michalski

a.Beam Dump Upgrade
