a.18 month schedule request is out from Rolf

i.Next 6 months are sure, everything after tentative

ii.DVCS, GMp, and Tritium first

iii.DVCS, GMp Readiness Review needs to be done

b.Town Meetings

i.Long range plan has begun

ii.Please see Stephanie if you are interested in attending a meeting

i.Is in the 1^st phase

ii.Rough 1^st phase given to Rolf

iv.Research funds are flat

v.Tim Hallman aware of need for funding for early Physics budget in Hall A

d.Student Safety Rules

ii.Task hazard analysis must be done

iii.Need to know their whereabouts

i.Document in for Directors Review

ii.Review will be scheduled for some time in the fall

iii.2 experiments approved by collaboration

i.Science Review September 10, 2014

g.Thursday (7-18-14) there will be a DOE S & T visit

h.Hall D had readiness review; it went well

i.Steve/Ole working with Walt to work out configuration for Counting House

i.Doug: noise is a big issue in A, caused by new air handling units

a.SBS Collaboration Meeting – well attended

3)Whit

a.Working on Tritium

i.Budgeting estimates on components

b.Working on SBS

i.Expecting components for coils in September

4)Ed

a.Installation of DVCS cables, safety, SBS water manifold, welding 
certs, SBS test lab support, receive and unpack race track coils in test 
lab, assemble SBS

b.SBS: as soon as hardware comes in, will start on installation
