Minutes of Hall A Group Meeting: January 31, 2017

1. Thia Keppel
   a. No Senior Staff
   b. Moller has CD0 now,  but is paused (no budget or plans for when/how budgeting will be done)
   c. ERR’s now scheduled for May 17th
     i. PREX2/CREX
     ii. SBS – bringing in as base equipment and GMn experiment
   d. Hypernuclear collaboration meeting late March (22nd & 23rd)

2. Robin Wines
   a. SBS
     i. Continued on vertical support drawings, BB detector frame, and polarized 3He target
   b. APEX/PREX/CREX
     i. Integrating target work
     ii. Submitted test plan for APEX magnet
   c. Reworking ODH analysis for Hall
     i. Expires Friday (2-3-17)
     ii. Extended 30 days

3. Jessie Butler
   a. Working on maintenance of the cryogenic and vacuum system
   b. Goal is to finish all maintenance on the system by the end of this week and turn over 
      spectrometer magnets to Spectrometer Support Group for check out prior to run
   c. Prepped beam line for pump down
   d. Assisted in APEX magnet testing set up
