Minutes of Hall A Group Meeting: February 7, 2017 

1. Steve Wood 
a. Senior Staff 
i. Validate your property 

2 .Whit Seay 
a. SBS 
i. Finished SBS detector assembly drawings 
ii. Working on vertical supports of beam line/correctors 
iii. Continue on BB detector frame, layout of BB with shielding (will need to modify shielding to allow sieve continue use) 
b. PREX2/CREX/APEX Targets 
i. Updating model and reviewing design as information received 
c. Polarized 3He Target 
i. Progressing on magnet shield design 

3. Jessie Butler 
a. Moving the hall towards being beam ready 
b. Pumped down and are in the middle of leak checking the entrance beam line 
c. Will immediately move into pumping down and leak checking both HRS 
d. Both HRS and entrance beam line will be under vacuum and finish leak checking by close of business Friday 
e. Both HRS have been moved into starting position
