Minutes of Hall A Group Meeting: September 5, 2017

1. Thia Keppel
   a. Senior Staff
      i. Letters of increase & promotions should be here with Rolf today. Halls will receive by Thursday or Friday
      ii. NPES schedule should be out soon

2. Jessie Butler
   a. Continue to search for helium leaks with the sniffer
      i. Currently haven’t found any new leaks
   b. Continue to work on installing the new LQ1 power supply
      i. The old power supply has been changed out with the new one & the power leads are connected but we still 
         need to make all the water connections
   c. Moved the old Q1s & cryogenic septum magnets from the hall & into the RADCON laydown area in the CSMA
   d. Moved a VME crate from Physics storage to the hall for Bob Michaels
   e. Took aluminum to the machine shop that will be used to make SBS beamline shielding
   f. Took external collimator holder to machine shop to have mounting holes installed
