[Halla_parity] PVDIS requires volunteers to help move the spectrometer Thursday morning

Dear PVDIS collaborators,

   We will be moving both the Left and Right spectrometers during day
shift on Thursday, December 17.  We will be moving the spectrometers
using drill motors attached to the bogies; we will need to have 4-8
people available to operate the motors.

   We plan to begin moving the Right HRS shortly after 08:00, and expect
to move the Left HRS beginning around noon or shortly thereafter.

If you are (or can be) on-site Thursday morning or afternoon, please
send me an email telling me when you are available.  Even one hour
of your time will make a big difference on this necessary job.
