[Halla_parity] PVDIS spectrometer move is COMPLETE

Dear collaborators,

   Both spectrometers have been moved to the 12.9 degree scattering
angle.  We do not need any additional assistance from collaborators
for the move.  Thank you all for your assisitance, or for volunteering
to help this afternoon.
