[Halla_parity] PVDIS Shift schedule

Hello,

The start of the PVDIS run is rapidly approaching.  In the next few 
weeks, there are still some shifts which need to be filled.  Specifically,

    * Tuesday, 3 November, Owl, TO
    * Thursday, 5 November, Owl, SL and TO
    * Saturday, 7 November, Owl, SL and TO
    * Sunday, 8 November, Owl, TO
    * Monday-Wednesday 9-11 November, Owl, SL and TO
